Catherine's Calm

Context & Challenge
Catherine, a Spiritual Health and Wellness Leader, was ready to launch her practice online but didn’t yet have a website. With certifications in yoga, meditation, Reiki healing, and Akashic Record readings, she offered a wide range of services and needed a digital presence that felt as calming and professional as the work she provides. Her goals were to showcase all of her offerings equally, provide seamless booking for private sessions, classes, and retreats, and create a welcoming first impression for new clients.

My Approach & Process

1. Understanding the Vision
   • Collaborated closely with Catherine to capture the specific calming aesthetic she had in mind.
   • Structured the site to highlight each service—yoga, meditation, Reiki, Akashic Records, retreats, and guided meditations—without letting any one offering overshadow the others.
2. Design & Development
   • Designed a serene, modern site that mirrored the peaceful tone of her practice.
   • Integrated booking functionality for private and group yoga classes, Reiki sessions, Akashic Record readings, and retreats.
   • Created dedicated sections for testimonials, guided meditations, and her personal journey, helping build trust and connection with potential clients.
3. Training & Handover
   • Delivered a flexible CMS that allows Catherine to easily update class schedules, retreat details, and new offerings.
   • Provided hands-on training so she could manage her digital presence with confidence as her business grows.

Results & Impact
The finished site gave Catherine her first professional online presence: a calming, functional platform where clients can explore her services, book sessions, and connect with her work. It not only reflects her brand authentically but also gives her the tools to run her business online with independence and ease.
